Summary:
Welcome to our New York apartment, comprising of an open plan living space, 1 super-king-size bedroom and 1 bathroom. The property is located in Ancoats, right next to New Islington metrolink station and a short walk away from the Etihad Stadium. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOM
There is 1 king-size bedroom fitted with blackout blinds and a mirrored double wardrobe.
BATHROOM
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats, very close to New Islington metrolink station and Ancoats Marina. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located across the road on Pollard Street - charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Getting Around:
New Islington Metrolink is directly outside the front door providing instant access all over the city, including Manchester Piccadilly train station and the Etihad Stadium. There are beautiful walks down the canal which take you right into the epicentre in 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking.
